Documents for the civil marriage:
- Marriage statement (to be written at the spot, the day the documents have been submitted)
- The identity documents ( you have to have them at the submittance of the documents as well at the celebration of the marriage.
- Birth certificates ( in order not to exist any doubt upon your birth- if the case may be )
- Prenuptial medical certificates ( have to be issued by the doctor by maximum 14 days before the date of the celebration of the marriage ).
The ceremony takes place in minimum 10 and maximum 14 days from the submittance of the documents.
When submitting the documents it is necessary the presence of both husbands
- for Bucharest: the sector at which you submit these documents is the domicile of one of the husbands (no discriminations ).
The civil matrimony: it is necessary the presence of 2 witnesses and their identity cards
TAXES (the hard work) - the moment the documents have been submitted a fiscal stamp of 3000 lei.
