In completion of the wedding menu you may choose the most suitable wine by means of information we offer below.
In order o succeed the wine has to be served at the right temperature:
- White wines: 10 - 12 ° C
- Red wines: 16 - 18 ° C
Murfatlar
Sauvignon Blanc - a wine with specific bouquet , slightly corpulent , which keeps the flavor of grapes. Chilled good, it may be served as appetizer for salads and fish .
Dry Muscat - - a dry wine with a delicate and clean aroma. Chilled good, it may perfectly be assorted by fruit salads and spiced meals.
Dry Riesling - elegant and with floral aroma bears a subtle savor of citric. Well chilled it is served with fruits salads and fish meals
Pinot Grigio - a delicate taste, round and very equilibrated ,reminds you of the flavor of wild berries. It is associated with chicken meals and other meat specialties.
Cabernet Sauvignon - dark red in color and a strong savor of well ripped grapes completes happily the menus with meat specialties well done. It is served at the temperature of the room.
Merlot - has a discrete aroma of prunes and ruby color. It is assorted also with menus of meat specialties well done. It is served at room temperature...
Jidvei
Sauvignon Blanc - slightly acid but easy, has an unforgettable aroma of yellow melon . Is the wine of refined meals, of souffles and forcemeat rolls in grapes leaves e and of white fish.
Dry Muscat - energetic but delicate ,discrete bur seducer . Perfume of vineyard ripening ,accompanied by a discrete smell of lemon flowers . It is dried wine , chilling good to be served with pies..
Muscar Ottonel - - a smelling liquor with nuances of meadow sage and lemon. Well chilled, it is perfect wine for any menu.
Pinot Gris - - corpulent and elegant, with a complex bouquet of fruits and oriental herbs. Dry or slightly demi-sweet may accompany a crunchy chicken wings...
Feteasca Regala - - dry with freshness of green transparent fruit in nuances yellow - green . It's the wine which says "Good appetite!" . Served with cheese, appetizers, smoked fish.
Dry Riesling - - dry, consistent, refined, very acid but with a discrete aroma of exotic fruits.
Cotnari
Blanc de Cotnari - white wine - dry composed of Francusa, Feteasca and Tamaioasa. It is a wine with a high contents in alcohol (12%).
Grasa de Cotnari - yellow wine with greenish reflexes, in youth, bear the aroma of dries apricots or bees wax. Its special taste of nut core, with scent of raisin and nuances of almonds enchant the most of us.
